The aim of the Hungarian Government is to improve the employability, the skills and the competences of employees in order to increase the competitiveness of enterprices. In the Partnership Agreement the government set the goal to encourage and support participation in lifelong learning, which is essential for the competitivness of the workforce and continuous adaption to the social and economic changes.
The Beneficiary is entitled to a non-refundable grant of HUF 9,980,033, ie HUF nine million-nine hundred and eighty-thousand-thirty-three.

EXECUTION OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME AT G. TRANSPORT 96 ZRT.

The internship program, executed with the support of the Hungarian State and the European Union, involves a major post-graduate freight forwarder. Their practical contact has a specialized higher education degree and significant experience at the company, so the opportunity to transfer knowledge and gain practical experience is provided. The tools planned to be procured in the project necessary for the trainee to work and to work with the contact person. The use of tools is part of the internship programme, but in addition to these, it also provides an opportunity to learn modern, innovative practical techniques in addition to professional leadership. During the project, the trainee will gain practical work experience in freight forwarding based on their theoretical knowledge. At the end of the programme, in addition tot he theoretical knowledge gained in the school system, the experience gained here enables the intern to carry out professional activities independently, based on which they have a significant increase in employment opportunities and even be successful in their own business.
